JAMMU & KASHMIR Sehrai condemns PSA on Hanief Bhat | KNO Published 250 weeks ago on July 17, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Srinagar, July 17 (KNO) : Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Chairman Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai Wednesday condemned slapping of PSA on Hanief Ahmed Bhat Saloosa Kreeri and arresting Ghulam Hassan Shah of Bomai Sopore, Irfan Ahmed and Abdul Majeed Logri Pora from the court premises when they have appeared for their case hearing. In a statement issued to KNO, Sehrai said as per the family members, Hanief Bhat is a minor and slapping PSA on him is travesty of justice and rights. He said “such arbitrary arrest and detentions under draconian PSA and shifting people in jails is most condemnable act. These “repressive” measures are being used as tools to punish the innocent people for their political belief.
